Details:
We'll escape the city and walk through Vale of Avoca ravines, Park Drive, Moore
Park and the Don Valley Brickworks. The Brickworks oopened in 1889 and is the well
known quarry and brick plant for the source of bricks for many of Toronto's most famous
historic architectural sites. The site has been recently restored and now combines
many of the goals of urban resource management.
NOTE: There are no washroom facilities available during this
walk.
