Be prepared for the weather.  During hot weather, bring a hat and sunscreen.  On cold days, dress in layers.  On wet days, wear / bring rain gear;
Good walking / hiking shoes are important;
Bring enough water for both you and your dog;
A snack for yourself (dog cookies will be supplied for your dog);
4 - 6 foot leash - NO "Flexi" or extendible leashes;
Poop bags!
Some simple first aid supplies for you and your dog is wise.
